Arnoult Gauthier has 30 years of commercial experience with international shipping and energy companies and investment groups. He started his career in 1978 as a banker in the shipping finance division of Credit Commercial de France. After 12 years at CCF, he left to head V.Ships Financial Services and, in 2000, launched V.Ships France, a French shipping company focusing on the oil and gas sector.
Bernard Pailler has joined the SeaOwl Group in July 2016 as the CEO of Oil and gas division SeaOwl Energy Services. He is the CEO and founding partner of recently acquired Ogas Solutions. Before Founding Ogas Solution he worked for Ipedex Services in France, Africa and Asia in different technical and management positions in the engineering Group. Bernard has over 20 years of experience working with experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Tullio Biggi is a respected industry professional responsible for the growth of V.Ships to become the leading independent ship management and marine services company. He has overseen numerous business ventures, including M&A investments, and held a number of non-executive positions. His skill set and experience encompasses all commercial, financial and operation aspects of maritime business.
SÉBASTIEN KNECHT DE MASSY
Sébastien de Massy is a Monégasque entrepreneur with interest in the oil & gas and shipping industries. He began his career with Graña Montero Petrolera in Péru in the upstream department. In 1997 he moved to Monaco to work for the V.Ships Group where he rose to the rank of vice president of V.Ships Financial services. In 2005 Sébastien created his own company that specializes in Shipping, Oil & Gas investments and M&A's; Transport & Commodities Management which is based in Monaco. Sébastien is a founding partner of the SeaOwl Group.
Edouard Moinet is a Founder and Managing Partner of private equity company Cathay Capital. He co-founded Cathay Capital after 12 years of private equity experience, investing in lower- and middle-market companies across various sectors in Western Europe as a former senior executive of Siparex Group, a French middle-market private equity firm with over €1B under management. Funded in 2007, Cathay is a crossborder private equity firm, with over 1.2bn€ under management, investing in innovative, small and mid-sized companies accross Europe, China and the US. Cathay has invested in the marine and drilling technical assistance specialist SeaOwl in 2015 in order to fund its external growth strategy, aiming at consolidating a fragmented industry and making it a global leader.
Charles is a Vice president of Cathay Capital and is responsible for the screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments. Charles joined Cathay Capital in 2012. He has been involved with the sourcing, execution, monitoring and exits of several of the firm’s investments. Charles is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in France, and of MBA exchange program at SDA BOCCONI in Italy.
Bruno Jacquot is a founding partner of Entrepreneur Venture, a French player in the capital investment market dedicated to funding Small medium Enterprises. EV has consistently backed SeaOwl France for their growth and are now a substantial contributor to the Group.

Xavier Genin has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas shipping industry. Holding an engineering degree from l'école nationale de la marine marchande Nantes, Xavier has held a range of technical and managerial positions including superintendent on various oil & gas ships for Euronav, the tanker division of CMB, and EXMAR a company specialised in activities relating to the transport of gas. In 2005 he was recruited by V.Ships France to manage the technical department.

Philippe Bruneau is the Founder & CEO of Trocadero Capital Partners, a Private equity firm specialized in small and mid-market European companies. Trocadero recently helped SeaOwl France raise debt financing.
